1. Service

The technical department is responsible for support service to our customers. The department has a formidable team of professionals with years of experience and certified training in technical fields. The engineers perform installations and initial operator training when a machine is first delivered to a customer site. Thereafter there will be negotiations with a customer to enter into a service contract which caters for both preventive (PMI) and corrective maintenance (CMI) of the machine. Customers who are not in a contract, can also receive maintenance services as and when the need arises and charges will be varied depending on the case. 

  1. Service Call Center
    Our call center assists customers with all their queries in relation to the product or service received from us. Weekly phone calls to customers are made, to obtain supplies requirements and communicate maintenance schedules. Calls are also made to check on the status of the machines.
